A simple tracker designed to help Neurodivergent people begin to prevent burnout by using pattern recognition.
This is step one. A weekly mirror that is designed to use pattern recognition to help you experience less burnout.
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s simply noticing. Each row on this sheet gives you a simple question to ask yourself:
Did I sleep at least okay last night?
Did I drink enough water today?
Did I move my body in a way that counts for me?
Did I feel emotionally connected?
Did I feel steady, or spiraling?
Mark each day’s box green, yellow, or red (or any colors you want!) Don’t overcomplicate it.
At the bottom, you’ll see a row for cycle/notes. That’s included for a reason: stress, illness, or hormones impact us and over time these patterns help us become proactive, rather than reactive.
Remember, this isn’t a scorecard. We’re just making observations. This is page one of a much larger map you’re building.
